Full Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead our business-to-business (B2B) sales efforts within the commercial trucking industry. This pivotal role involves developing strategic sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through enterprise-level selling. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, management, and technical sales within a corporate environment. Your leadership will inspire our sales team to meet and exceed ambitious goals while fostering a customer-centric culture.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the commercial sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets through strategic planning and motivation.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to enterprise clients and key accounts in the trucking industry.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying new business opportunities through business development management techniques.
Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce Cloud to track sales activities, analyze data, and generate detailed reports on sales performance and market trends.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, service departments, and technical teams to align strategies and optimize customer solutions.
Provide leadership in negotiations with high-value clients to secure profitable contracts while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, and enterprise selling within a corporate or industrial environment.
Strong management skills with experience leading sales teams or development teams in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM system and other sales management tools for analytics & reporting purposes.
Demonstrated success in business development management, account management, and deal closing with large clients.
Technical sales experience related to SaaS products or technology solutions is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships at all levels of an organization.
Strong negotiation skills coupled with strategic thinking and analysis capabilities.
Ability to meet or exceed aggressive sales goals consistently while fostering team development and motivation.
