Full Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on accounting professional who wants to grow with a stable and successful construction company. This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting foundation, experience in the construction industry, and the ambition to eventually step into a leadership position.

What You'll Be Doing:

Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Processing payroll
Handling billing and customer invoicing
Managing soft collections and account follow-up
Assisting with month-end and year-end close activities
Preparing financial reports and supporting leadership with financial insights
Wearing multiple hats in a lean, collaborative environment where no task is "below your pay grade"

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
Construction accounting experience is required
Approximately 5+ years of experience
Strong understanding of job costing and construction financial processes
Experience with percentage-of-completion accounting is a major plus
Someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning the entire accounting cycle
A professional who is looking for long-term growth
