About the Role

As a Precision CNC Operator, you will be instrumental in transforming raw materials into high-precision components that drive our production success. By leveraging your expertise in CNC machining and technical blueprint interpretation, you will ensure every part meets rigorous quality standards while optimizing machine performance.

Responsibilities

Configure and manage CNC equipment to execute complex machining tasks with high accuracy.
Analyze technical blueprints and engineering schematics to translate design requirements into finished products.
Proactively adjust machine parameters to maintain consistent output and minimize waste.
Execute preventative maintenance routines to maximize equipment uptime and operational reliability.
Validate component dimensions using advanced precision measuring tools to ensure strict adherence to tolerances.
Partner with the production team to refine workflows and boost overall manufacturing efficiency.
Maintain comprehensive production logs to ensure traceability and data integrity.
Uphold a culture of safety by strictly following industrial protocols and maintaining an organized workspace.

Qualifications

Required Skills

High school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated professional experience in CNC machining or a closely related manufacturing role.
Strong proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and complex blueprints.
Solid understanding of CNC programming logic and machine control systems.
Proven ability to utilize precision measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers.
