Perks Pusateri CPAs is a respected, relationship-driven public accounting firm serving closely held businesses, individuals, and growing organizations throughout Central Ohio. We are seeking an experienced Tax Director to join our leadership team in our Westerville office. This is a unique opportunity for a high-performing tax professional who is interested in a clear pathway to firm partnership and ownership.

What You'll Do

Lead tax planning, compliance, and advisory services for a diverse client base.
Review individual, partnership, S corporation, C corporation, trust, and estate tax returns.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners and high-net-worth individuals.
Develop and strengthen long-term client relationships.
Identify tax-saving strategies and value-added consulting opportunities.
Mentor and develop professional staff.
Participate in firm leadership, strategic planning, and business development initiatives.
Contribute to the firm's long-term growth and succession plans.

Qualifications

CPA license required.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
10+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience.
Strong expertise in partnerships, pass-through entities, and closely held businesses.
Proven leadership and client relationship management skills.
Experience reviewing complex tax returns and managing multiple engagements.
Demonstrated business development or practice growth experience is a plus.
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in future firm ownership.
