Full Job Description

Part Time Second Shift- (Weekends Needed/ and some Weekdays) 3p-11p

Part Time Third Shift - (Weekends Needed/ and some Weekdays) 11p-7a

Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance and support to residents in a senior care facility
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help residents with mobility and transferring, including using proper lifting techniques
- Monitor and document changes in residents' behavior and report any concerns to the appropriate staff
- Ensure residents' rights are respected and upheld at all times
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents

Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or working with seniors is preferred
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques is a plus
- Knowledge of nursing home or assisted living regulations and procedures is beneficial
- Ability to follow established care plans and work within established systems

Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to observe resident needs
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
