About the Role

Are you someone who lights up a room and loves making people feel welcome? ERPA is hiring a part-time Office Assistant to be the friendly, professional face of our Dublin office. In this in office role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and colleagues — playing a key part in creating a positive, organized, and welcoming environment every day.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, and is eager to grow within a fast-moving, collaborative team.

What You’ll Do

Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or team
Answer and route incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area and common spaces
Coordinate conference rooms, catering, and logistics for meetings and board sessions (held 4x/year, with flexible hours)
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Process bank deposits (local travel required — on foot or by car)
Coordinate signatures on contracts and important documents
Order and track office supplies
Order weekly lunches for employees on Wednesdays
Support the Sr. Manager Operations with travel arrangements and equipment shipping as needed
Assist our IT department with the erasing of employee returned laptops
Take on other tasks as assigned — no two days are the same

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent; OR 3+ year of experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role
Valid Ohio Driver’s License with current insurance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
A positive, can-do attitude and genuine team-player mindset
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks that involve standing, walking, or light physical activity
