Job Overview

Job title:Ultrasound Technologist (General Sonographer)

We are seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist to perform high-quality general diagnostic ultrasound procedures. This role focuses on general imaging (no vascular) and requires strong technical skills, patient care, and collaboration with physicians.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform and assist in diagnostic ultrasound examinations.
Prepare patients for exams and explain procedures clearly.
Operate, adjust, and maintain ultrasound equipment and imaging systems.
Take appropriate safety precautions for patient and staff protection.
Ensure examination rooms are properly stocked and organized.
Assist in training new team members as needed.
Capture and transfer images to PACS for physician interpretation.
Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and patient flow as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program.
RDMS certification required.
Minimum of 2 years of related education, training, or equivalent clinical coursework.
BLS (CPR) certification required.CS

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong patient care and interpersonal skills
Commitment to high-quality imaging and patient safety
