Join our team as a part-time HR Admin and help our community flourish through recruiting, employee engagement, and HR operations!

Essential Duties

Provide administrative support to the HR department on a part-time basis
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes (paperwork, orientation scheduling, system access)
Support recruitment activities (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
Process employee status changes (new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers)
Assist with payroll preparation by collecting and verifying timesheets and attendance data
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Help coordinate training sessions, meetings, and employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and documentation requirements
Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation as needed

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
