About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer to join our precision manufacturing team. You will play a critical role in driving production efficiency and quality by developing complex programs for 5-axis machining and injection mold components.

Responsibilities

Develop, refine, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam to ensure high-precision output.
Execute complex setups and machining operations for plastic injection molds to meet strict engineering specifications.
Utilize 5-axis machining and Wire EDM technologies to produce intricate, high-tolerance parts.
Analyze blueprints and technical drawings to translate design requirements into efficient manufacturing processes.
Perform rigorous quality inspections using precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipers to guarantee part accuracy.
Proactively troubleshoot programming and equipment challenges to minimize downtime and maintain workflow continuity.
Maintain high standards of organization for programming files and ensure a safe, clean production environment.

Qualifications

Required Skills

3+ years of professional experience in CNC programming and machining.
Advanced proficiency in Mastercam for complex part development.
Demonstrated ability to interpret detailed blueprints and work within tight tolerances.
Strong mathematical aptitude and computer literacy.
Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Preferred Skills

Direct experience with WorkNC software and Wire EDM operations.
Background in plastic injection mold manufacturing.
Self-directed work ethic with the ability to operate with minimal oversight.
