Full Job Description

Customer Sales & Office Coordinator (Hourly + Growth Opportunity)

Auto Connection of Boiling Springs – Boiling Springs, SC

$18–$20/hour | Full-Time | Stable Schedule | Training Provided

We are looking for someone dependable, organized, professional, and comfortable working with customers in a structured environment.

This is a full-time hourly position supporting our lead salesperson, helping customers, handling phones, assisting with paperwork, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

This is not a receptionist-only position.

The right person will be comfortable helping move customer situations forward, following a process, communicating professionally, and occasionally assisting customers independently when the lead salesperson is unavailable.

For strong performers, this role can grow into a larger sales position over time.

What You’ll Do

Greet and assist walk-in customers
Help customers get started while the lead salesperson is assisting another customer
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Follow up with customers and communicate professionally
Help organize paperwork, files, and customer information
Support the sales process and help move situations forward
Maintain a professional and organized showroom and office environment
Occasionally assist customers independently when the salesperson is unavailable
Perform light operational tasks to help keep the dealership running smoothly
Walk the vehicle lot, get in and out of vehicles, and assist with light lot responsibilities (including starting and checking vehicles on a regular basis)
Follow structured systems and company processes
