EXECUTIVE CHEF RESPONSIBILITIES

Include but are not limited to:

Train, coach & track Kitchen Team to adhere to recipes and other Kitchen Standard Operating Procedures
Addressing poor performance & correcting bad habits
Teaching proper cooking techniques & guaranteeing all Guests receive food product made per the Bottega Louie recipes specifications
Managing all aspects of the Kitchen
Manage & report Kitchen Team labor, overtime, meal break penalties and payroll processes so that Kitchen Labor does not exceed targets
Pair maintaining pars to ensure we do not run out of product and minimizing waste
All Kitchen equipment is well maintained and Kitchen cleanliness and sanitation protocols are in place and being adhered to each and every shift
Analyzing financial data, building budgets and developing long term strategies focused on improving the Guest Experience and increasing efficiencies and profits
Collaborate closely with the General Manager to achieve financial success and drive a standard of excellence
Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards for yourself and manage staff standards
Develop strong systems and standards to ensure each dish is properly prepared for each Guest
Ensure we are operating as efficiently as possible
Develop and present new Menu Item recipes
Create a positive work environment for our employees through caring and professional communication.

COMPENSATION

$100,000 - $140,000 ($100,000 annual base compensation & $40,000 of potential performance based bonuses)
We believe in aligning incentives and rewarding Team Members who curate the memorable Guest Experience they’d want as paying Guests. This role offers the stability of $100,000 of annual base compensation and $40,000 of performance and profit based bonuses, putting you in control of your own potential earnings.

Work Life Balance: We value your time off. You will earn 96 hours of paid time off per year through sick and vacation accruals per Company policy.
