About the Role
I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and entrepreneur building a modern lifestyle, wellness, and mental health brand across Instagram and TikTok.
I'm looking for a creative content partner who loves storytelling, filmmaking, and creating visually engaging short-form content.
This is not a traditional editing position. I'm looking for someone who wants to collaborate, bring ideas to the table, experiment with creative concepts, and help shape the visual direction of a growing brand.
If you are someone who watches a Reel and thinks about the camera angles, pacing, transitions, storytelling, or why the video performed well, you will probably love this role.
The goal is to create content that feels intentional, elevated, and authentic—not generic social media content.
As the brand grows, there will be opportunities for increased hours, expanded responsibilities, and a larger creative role.

Responsibilities include:

- Identifying trends that align with the brand
- Creating shot lists before filming days
- Helping plan filming locations and concepts
- Suggesting creative ways to tell stories
- Developing a recognizable visual style
I'm looking for someone who enjoys collaboration and naturally thinks:
"How can we make this more interesting?"
"What would make someone stop scrolling?"
"How can we tell this story differently?"
