Qualifications:

Preferred sales experience in roles such as outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing
Interest in promoting products and services that meet customer needs
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
Passionate about the role of insurance and financial products in helping individuals manage everyday risks, recover from unexpected events, and achieve their dreams
Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving abilities
Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
Ability to connect with customers on a personal level
Bilingual candidates (especially Arabic) are encouraged to apply, though not required
Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty license
Must be able to obtain a Life and Health license
