**Bilingual Outside Sales Development - Hispanic Restaurant Market**

We specialize in Group Purchasing of Foodservice products and restaurant supplies, catering specifically to the needs of Independent Restaurants. As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Outside Sales Representative to join us in driving growth and building lasting partnerships within the local Hispanic restaurant community.

**Position Overview:**

As a Bilingual Outside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base within the Hispanic restaurant market. Leveraging your fluency in Spanish and English, as well as your sales expertise, you will be responsible for prospecting, nurturing leads, and closing deals with potential clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales, a background in food sales or the restaurant industry, and a drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Being that we are a lean and hungry organization looking to continue rapid growth, we will not enforce time wasting activities such as stringent CRM note requirements or in-person meetings when it could have been an email. We do expect full transparency and good record keeping, but we want our sales people to sell!

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Identify and engage with prospective clients within the Hispanic restaurant market in the Bay Area.

- Conduct in-person meetings with restaurant owners/managers to understand their needs and present our services effectively.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.

- Overcome objections and address customer concerns in a professional and persuasive manner.

- Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications:**

- Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.

- Previous experience in sales, particularly in food sales or the restaurant industry, is strongly preferred.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet.

- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel within the Bay Area.
