Position:

MacArthur's Riverview Restaurant Supervisor

Description:

MacArthur's Riverview Restaurant Supervisor assists the Restaurant manager in overseeing all aspects of dining services for our fine dining restaurant. The Restaurant Supervisor helps to ensure that the restaurant staff meet the fine dining service quality standards for our guests. This position will also lead as example by exemplifying our standards and ensuring all dining guest expectations are met and exceeded, by creating an excellent dining experience and atmosphere. We are looking for an individual who is a skilled leader in addition to a member of the restaurant team.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policies, service standards & protocols.
Training staff to follow restaurant procedures.
Maintaining safety and food quality standards.
Keeping customers happy and handling complaints.
Organizing schedules.
Keeping track of employees’ hours.
Recording payroll data.

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of Restaurant Serving and Bartending Experience.
Ability to work well with others.
Attention to detail and a willingness to perform all job tasks asked of teammates.
Ability to clean and inspect cleanliness of dining areas and service areas.
Love for hospitality, including food and beverage service.

Preferred Qualifications:

Serve Safe Qualified.
TIPS Training Qualified.
1-2 years of supervisory experience.
