Overview
Join our dynamic automotive sales team as an Automotive Salesperson and ignite your career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional service to our clients, guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process with enthusiasm and expertise. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will help build lasting relationships, boost sales, and elevate the dealership’s reputation. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals who thrive on challenge and are passionate about automobiles and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and sales strategies, to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline
Conduct high-end vehicle demonstrations and personalized consultations to showcase features that meet customer needs
Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with dealership goals
Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure optimal vehicle availability and presentation
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and support sales support activities
Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, financing options, and accessories to maximize revenue opportunities
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients both in person and over the phone

Qualifications

Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales, with a strong understanding of automotive products and services
Demonstrated success in outside sales, outbound calling, or B2B sales environments
Excellent negotiation skills combined with organizational skills to manage multiple clients and sales processes efficiently
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging a diverse customer base
Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and dealership operations is highly desirable
Strong public speaking skills and confidence in presenting vehicles to groups or individuals
Ability to excel in high-pressure situations while maintaining outstanding customer service standards
Knowledge of retail math, automotive terminology, and dealership procedures enhances effectiveness in this role
