Entry-Level Paralegal

What You’ll Actually Do

This isn’t an internship where you’ll spend your days watching everyone else work. You’ll receive hands-on training from experienced attorneys and paralegals and become an important part of our team.

As you learn and grow, you’ll:

Help manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties
Request and organize medical records, bills, and case documents
Keep case files accurate, organized, and moving forward
Assist with correspondence, legal documents, and case preparation
Track deadlines and important case milestones
Learn our case-management technology and systems
Work directly with attorneys and senior paralegals
Learn the fundamentals of personal injury law and litigation
Help clients through what can be one of the most difficult times in their lives
Take on more responsibility and bigger challenges as your skills grow
