Full Job Description

Dolce Vida Med Spa is looking for a friendly, energetic, and highly organized Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator to be the face of our practice. If you thrive in a fast-paced med spa environment, love providing exceptional customer service, and enjoy helping patients look and feel their best, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities

Greet patients and provide a warm, welcoming experience
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
Check patients in and out
Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
Recommend and sell professional skincare products and treatment packages
Assist with inventory and retail displays
Coordinate provider schedules and help keep the day running smoothly
Maintain a clean, organized front office
Deliver exceptional customer service while building lasting patient relationships

Qualifications

Previous experience working in a medical spa or aesthetic practice is required
Experience with Daysmart Spa, TouchMD, or similar med spa software preferred
Strong sales ability with skincare and treatment recommendations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with computers and scheduling software
Proven experience in a medical office setting or healthcare environment with strong clerical skills.
