Full Job Description

Minimum 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience

We are looking for skilled commercial plumbing Foreman. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumber with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the installation of copper and cast-iron piping, along with a solid understanding of commercial construction practices and safety standards. Must be knowledgeable in blue print reading.

Key Responsibilities

Install, assemble, and maintain commercial plumbing systems
Work with copper and cast-iron piping for new construction and renovations
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans
Perform layout, measurement, and installation according to code requirements
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades on job sites
Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety regulations
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues efficiently

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
Proven experience installing copper and cast-iron piping
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various job site conditions
Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
