Position Details

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Contracted Hours: 480
Location: 15655 Cypress Woods Medical Drive Houston Texas 77014 United States

Are you an experienced OB/GYN Nurse looking for a role that balances high-impact clinical care with regular hours? We are looking for a skilled, compassionate Triage RN to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead incoming OB/GYN phone triage, assessing patient symptoms using clinical protocols.
Conduct new OB intake screenings and identify potential risk factors.
Communicate lab, imaging, and diagnostic results while delivering clear patient education.
Accurately document assessments in the EMR and escalate urgent concerns promptly.

What We're Looking For:

Active RN License.
3+ years of OB/GYN nursing experience.
Strong phone assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Preferred: Outpatient women's health or clinical triage experience.
