Full Job Description

Jeffries Machine Company is always looking to hire experienced CNC Lathe and Mill Machinists! Experience with New Mazak Smooth Controls/Mazatrol or Fanuc Based Controls a plus. Programming experience (GibbsCAM/SolidWorks) also a plus. Additional Requirements: - Must be familiar with "Job Shop" machining and working with tight tolerances- Must have the ability to read drawings- Must be able to set up and run single and/or production runs- Must have your own tools/box on wheels- Must know how to use all types of measuring tools to check parts for accuracy- Keep a clean work area- Be Dependable, Driven & Honest- Have an eye for Quality- Work well with others We Offer: - A Family owned and operated for over 40 Years- Competitive pay based on experience- Full Health Coverage (We pay 100%)- Group Vision Plan - Group Dental Plan- Short & Long Term Disability- Life Insurance- 401K with Matching- Great Working environment- Clean Air conditioned shop- Shop hours 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday - Friday) Definition of a CNC Lathe/Mill Operator:An individual that has experience turning or milling steel and checking dimensions on parts
