Join a Growing Group Practice Where Clinicians Can Focus on Clinical Care

ThriveSky Therapy is growing, and we are seeking Florida-licensed therapists (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our Boca Raton group practice.

We currently have an immediate need for clinicians who can accommodate afternoon and evening referrals, particularly therapists with availability to see clients in person at our Boca Raton office.

Hybrid and telehealth opportunities are also available based on clinician availability, client needs, and clinical appropriateness.

We serve children, adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and families, and welcome clinicians with a variety of specialties. Experience working with children and adolescents is especially valuable due to current referral demand.

Responsibilities

Provide individual psychotherapy within your areas of competence
Conduct parent, family, or couples sessions when clinically appropriate
Assess, diagnose, and treat mental health concerns
Develop individualized treatment plans and complete required treatment plan reviews
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Coordinate care when clinically appropriate and authorized
Communicate professionally with clients, families, colleagues, and the administrative team
Provide ethical, evidence-based, client-centered care

Areas of Current Referral Demand

Experience in one or more of the following is especially valuable:

Children and adolescents
Anxiety disorders
Depression
ADHD
OCD
Trauma and PTSD
Emotional regulation
Behavioral concerns
Grief and loss
Parenting and family concerns
Autism spectrum disorders
School-related concerns
Young adult and life-transition concerns
Relationship concerns

Experience with evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Play Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, trauma-informed care, EMDR, and mindfulness-based interventions is welcomed.

Qualifications

Required:

Active, unrestricted Florida LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT license
Experience providing psychotherapy
Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills
Professional and timely clinical documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to practice independently and ethically within the scope of Florida licensure
Comfortable using electronic health records and technology

Especially Desired:

Afternoon and/or evening availability
Ability to provide in-person services in Boca Raton
Experience treating children and adolescents
Saturday availability
Interest in building a consistent part-time caseload

Schedule

This is a part-time 1099 independent contractor opportunity with flexibility in establishing your availability.

We are especially interested in clinicians who can offer afternoon and evening appointments, including in-person availability at our Boca Raton office.

Clinicians may provide a combination of in-person and telehealth services based on their availability, areas of practice, client needs, and clinical appropriateness.

Approximately 15–25 clinical hours per week may be available as caseload develops.

Compensation

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Compensation and additional details will be discussed during the interview process.
