Full Job Description

At Cardiovascular Medicine, PLLC, we value your time – No nights, no holidays, no weekends! We offer 8-hour Clinical Support schedules for Registered Nurses (RNs) in our Moline and Davenport offices. If you are passionate about supporting patients and healthcare teams in a structured, consistent work environment, this role may be the perfect fit for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage an assigned physician's practice by providing essential support, including:
Coordinating the physician's schedule.
Scheduling tests and procedures for patients.
Managing incoming/outgoing phone calls and responding to requests for medication refills, prior authorizations, sample requests, and patient assistance programs.
Utilize the electronic medical records (EMR) system for effective documentation in patient charts.
Assess and prepare incoming mail for the physician's review.
Complete incoming FMLA and disability forms promptly.
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth clinic operations and excellent patient care.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education & Experience:

Registered Nurse (RN) credential (required).
Previous experience in clinical support or office management in a healthcare setting (preferred).

Skills & Abilities:

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
