Full Job Description

Front Office Medical Receptionist

Welcome and greet patients in a friendly and professional manner.
Register patients and process new patient paperwork.
Verify and scan insurance cards and other required documentation into electronic medical records.
Answer and manage multiple phone lines, directing calls to the appropriate staff members.
Respond to patient questions and provide accurate information regarding appointments and office procedures.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
Process and coordinate referrals with specialists and insurance providers.
Collect copays, outstanding balances, and other patient payments while maintaining accurate financial records.
Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and maintaining organized patient records.

Hours are M-Th 7:30-6pm

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
