What You'll Do

As a Case Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of personal injury cases from intake through resolution while serving as the primary point of contact for clients.

Manage and coordinate all aspects of personal injury files
Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding treatment, case status, and next steps
Gather and organize supporting documentation
Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other involved parties
Assist attorneys with case development and preparation
Ensure files progress efficiently and timely
Deliver exceptional client service with professionalism and empathy
Maintain accurate case documentation within CRM system

Qualifications

2+ years Personal Injury Case Management experience required
Strong understanding of personal injury processes, terminology, and medical treatment
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented with follow through
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-player mentality
Bilingual abilities highly valued but not required
