Full Job Description

In partnership with the Corpus Christi Opportunity Youth Coalition, Education to Employment Partners is seeking a passionate and visionary Program Navigator to join our team at the Elevate361 Young Adult Reengagement Center. The Program Navigator will be instrumental in providing direct assistance in the development, launch, and long-term success of the center, while also serving as a catalyst for positive change in the lives of young people in Corpus Christi.

Job Duties

· Assist in providing strategic direction for the Young Adult Reengagement Center, aligning it with the city-wide strategic plan, mission, goals, and objectives.

· Assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive programs and services that address the needs of opportunity youth, supporting their reengagement into education and employment pathways.

· Serve as the outreach liaison while scheduling, planning, and participating in monthly community events throughout Corpus Christi.

· Assist in maintaining strong partnerships with community organizations, educational institutions, employers, and government agencies to maximize collaboration and resources in support of the center's mission. Ensure that a community partner database is established and current to assist in collaboration of services.

· Have an understanding of all Elevate 361 MOU’s and ensure that the center is meeting the required understanding. Additionally, monitor community and core partnerships MOU compliance and address any deviation from MOUs to the Center Director.

· Maintain a calendar of community partners, core partners, and events that encompasses all the activities that the center is involved with. Communicate this calendar effectively to all necessary parties.

· Maintain a caseload of “in-program” participants who require specialized assistance with program completion.

· Ensure that the “in-program” service and timelines are followed for continuity of services. Complete the required mapping of services, referral of services, follow-up regarding participation in services, re-mapping of services, and completion of services in accordance with the center program.

· Assist center clients in the following services: Financial Aid Support, FAFSA Assistance, Resume Building, Specialized One-Time Employability Classes

· Assist with completing and submitting grant reports.

· Maintain weekly program data, records, and statistical information utilizing Salesforce CRM software with a high degree of accuracy and data integrity.

· Collect, input, and analyze data to assist with preparation of scheduled and specialized reports.

· Develop and implement interagency referral processes with education institutions and community organizations to ensure streamlined service delivery to program participants.

· Establish positive and trusting relationships with all “in-program” participants and center clients.

· Plan and assist with workshops, events, activities, etc.

· Work cooperatively with all Elevate 361 staff members and all “in-kind” Core Partner positions to ensure that all program components are met to the highest quality while also ensuring that the environment of the center remains professional, yet age appropriate for the clients and participants we serve.

· Establish excellent communication with Elevate 361 Center Director to ensure seamless services, aligned priorities, and successful development of program components.

· Maintain a system of ordering supplies needed for center operations that meet the budget guidelines while ensuring that program operations are meeting the center objectives.

· Recognize maintenance concerns and preventative maintenance issues by completing weekly building (inside & outside) walk-throughs. Develop a system to address maintenance issues by utilizing written documentation of maintenance requests, follow-up as needed, and documentation to support issues that arise.

· Develop, lead, monitor, and run systems and programs in the center that obtain fulfillment of all strategic plans, goals and objectives. Ensure proper documentation of all programs.

· Ensure that the administrative task list for center operations is completed on the projected time-line by leading and supporting the administrative support specialist.

· Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Business, Public Administration, Management, or related field AND one (1) years of non-profit or program support experience

· Associate degree from an accredited institution in Business, Public Administration, Management, or related field AND three (3) years of non-profit or program support experience

· Experience in development and administration of programs supporting opportunity youth and economically disadvantaged population groups

· Experience in development and administration of programs that connect learners to institutions of higher education and workforce training

· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and CRM databases

This is a full-time position with occasional evening and weekend work required.

The Elevate361 Program Navigator will report directly to the Elevate361 Center lead.
