We just opened our Corpus Christi office. We are not a storm-chaser crew that rolls into town after a hailstorm and disappears two months later. We have a local office, a local team, and we are here to stay. Right now, we are building the Corpus Christi sales team from scratch — and that means the people who come in now get in early with a company that is growing fast.

JosephMill was built by a sales rep for sales reps. We know sales reps are the lifeblood of this company, so we built the entire business around helping driven people win financially, mentally, and professionally.

After managing over $17M in restoration projects across the Gulf Coast, we are expanding — and Corpus Christi is next. This is not some corporate roofing company where sales reps are treated like replaceable labor. This company was built to help motivated people completely change their lives.

WHAT WE DO

JosephMill LLC helps homeowners restore their properties after hail and wind storms throughout the Texas Gulf Coast region.

As a Storm Restoration Representative, you will:

Inspect homes for storm damage
Meet homeowners face-to-face
Help guide customers through the insurance restoration process
Build relationships with homeowners
Generate leads and close deals
Manage customer relationships from start to finish

This is a field sales position.

You will knock doors.

You will hear “no.”

You will work outside in the Texas heat.

You will be pushed outside your comfort zone.

Most people will quit.

But the right people can completely change their financial future here.

COMPENSATION

1099 Commission-Based Position

No Salary. No Cap.

Average commission per roof:

Approximately $3,600 per closed deal

Additional earning opportunities:

Weekly $1,000 bonus for signing 3 deals
50/50 split opportunity for high performers on pace for $1.25M+ annually
Leadership opportunities

Earn overrides from reps you help develop
