Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment while managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
Maintain an organized front desk area, keeping it tidy and presentable.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents.
Provide customer support by addressing concerns or directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with office management tasks including inventory control and supply orders.
Support team members with personal assistant tasks as needed.

Skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) for document management and scheduling.
Experience in customer support or similar roles is highly desirable.
Familiarity with calendar management and scheduling software.
Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documentation.
Effective time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Background in office management is a plus.
