Position Summary
Family Office Growth Partners is seeking an exceptional Client Engagement Manager – Family Office Services to serve as the primary relationship manager and operational quarterback for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs, executives, family offices, and closely held businesses.
Working under the strategic leadership and operational oversight of the President & Chief Operating Officer, and in close collaboration with the assigned Managing Director – Family Office Services, where applicable, the Client Engagement Manager serves as the central point of coordination for each client relationship. While the Managing Director provides regional leadership, coaching, and day-to-day operational support, the President & COO maintains overall oversight of the Family Office Services platform, service standards, client experience, and operational consistency across the organization.
We are seeking a seasoned family office professional who combines executive support, financial coordination, project management, and trusted relationship management into one seamless client experience. The Client Engagement Manager becomes an extension of each family's personal, financial, and operational life, coordinating virtually every aspect of the relationship while delivering the firm's signature white-glove service.
Working closely with the President & COO, the assigned Managing Director – Family Office Services, Senior Accountants, and other members of the Family Office team, the Client Engagement Manager collaborates with wealth advisors, attorneys, CPAs, bankers, trustees, household staff, and other trusted professionals to ensure every aspect of the client's affairs is managed proactively, efficiently, and with exceptional attention to detail.

The position supports client relationships delivered directly through Family Office Growth Partners, as well as through the firm's White Label and Access partnership models, requiring professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to represent the firm seamlessly across multiple service delivery models.
Primary Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary day-to-day relationship manager for assigned ultra-high-net-worth families and business owners.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships through exceptional service, responsiveness, and proactive communication.
- Anticipate client needs and coordinate solutions before issues arise.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and their trusted advisors.
- Coordinate client relationships delivered through both Family Office Growth Partners' direct family office engagements and strategic advisor partnerships while maintaining a consistent white-glove client experience.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, follow-up items, and ongoing deliverables.
- Exercise sound judgment regarding matters that should be resolved independently versus escalated to leadership.
Executive & Family Office Management
- Manage complex executive and family calendars, schedules, and priorities.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including commercial and private aviation, accommodations, transportation, itineraries, and concierge arrangements.
- Coordinate household operations, including estate managers, personal assistants, household employees, contractors, and vendors.
- Assist with personal administrative matters including insurance renewals, licensing, vehicle management, specialty assets, property management coordination, and other family office responsibilities.
- Coordinate family governance meetings, educational initiatives, family communication, and family legacy planning activities.
- Assist with philanthropic initiatives and charitable administration.
- Manage special projects and evolving client requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Financial & Operational Coordination
- Coordinate bill payment, budgeting, cash management, invoicing, and financial administration in collaboration with the Senior Accountant.
- Review invoices and supporting documentation prior to processing.
- Monitor cash requirements, payment schedules, operational workflows, and ongoing client priorities.
- Assist in gathering documentation for tax preparation, estate planning, lending, insurance, and financial reporting.
- Maintain organized financial records, operational documentation, workflows, and client files.
- Monitor transactions for unusual activity or irregularities and communicate concerns appropriately.
- Coordinate implementation of recommendations with accountants, attorneys, bankers, trustees, insurance professionals, and other advisors.
Wealth Management & Investment Coordination
Although this position does not provide investment advice, the Client Engagement Manager must possess a strong working knowledge of wealth management and investment portfolios in order to effectively coordinate among clients and their professional advisors.
Responsibilities include:
- Understanding each client's investment structure, custodians, advisors, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinating transfers, distributions, capital calls, liquidity needs, account openings, beneficiary updates, and investment-related administrative matters.
- Assisting with consolidated reporting, family balance sheet coordination, and document gathering.
- Coordinating communication among investment advisors, custodians, attorneys, CPAs, trustees, and Senior Accountants.
- Understanding brokerage statements, investment reports, trusts, and ownership structures sufficiently to facilitate efficient coordination and reporting.
Project Management & Service Delivery
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across numerous sophisticated client relationships.
- Coordinate implementation of recommendations involving legal, tax, insurance, banking, investment, and family office professionals.
- Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are consistently achieved.
- Maintain workflows utilizing Asana and other firm technology platforms.
- Assist with onboarding new client relationships and transitioning engagements into Family Office Growth Partners' service model.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve client service, operational efficiency, and internal processes.
Technology & Family Office Systems
- Maintain client information within the Family Vault and other secure document management systems.
- Coordinate secure document collection, retention, and organization.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office Suite, Asana, ShareFile, Bill.com, AI-enabled technologies, CRM systems, aggregated reporting platforms, and other family office technologies.
- Maintain accurate client documentation, workflow tracking, and operational records.
- Support AI-driven workflow enhancements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 20 years of progressive professional experience supporting executives, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, wealth management firms, private banks, multifamily offices, or other sophisticated professional service organizations.
- Demonstrated success serving as a trusted advisor to executives, entrepreneurs, business owners, and multi-generational families with the maturity, executive presence, judgment, and discretion expected in a family office environment.
- Strong understanding of wealth advisory services, investment portfolios, trusts, estate planning, family governance, and family office operations.
- Ability to read and understand financial statements, investment reports, trust summaries, cash flow reports, and family balance sheets.
- Experience coordinating with attorneys, CPAs, investment advisors, trustees, bankers, household staff, and other professional advisors.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Asana, CRM platforms, AI-enabled technologies, and cloud-based operational systems.
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and the ability to collaborate effectively with Senior Accountants.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple sophisticated client relationships.
