Remote Insurance Sales Representative

Remote | Full-Time

What You'll Do

As a Remote Insurance Sales Representative, you'll help prospective and existing customers find the right insurance solutions while building lasting relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

Selling Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Life, and other insurance products
Following up on qualified leads and referral opportunities
Building your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and relationship building
Conducting policy reviews and identifying additional coverage needs
Delivering an outstanding customer experience from first conversation through policy issuance
Accurately documenting customer interactions in our CRM
Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly production goals
Participating in coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training

Who We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty license
Minimum of 2 years of insurance sales experience
Previous experience working successfully in a remote environment
Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office

Preferred

Active Life & Health license
Experience selling multiple personal lines products
