What You'll Do

Verify insurance and resolve claim questions.
Guide patients through insurance benefits and financial arrangements with confidence and empathy.
Present treatment plans and help patients move forward with the care they need.
Collect payments accurately and maintain honest, organized patient accounts.
Schedule efficiently while keeping the day running smoothly.
Look for opportunities to improve our systems and patient experience.
Work closely with our entire team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Compensation & Benefits

$21–30/hour depending on experience
