Role Overview

We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Estimator/Bid Coordinator to lead the identification and coordination of project bid opportunities. You’ll be responsible for researching ideal project fits, gathering requirements, and preparing accurate, timely quotes — all while working closely with our sales and manufacturing teams.

This role is ideal for an outgoing self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do next.

Key Responsibilities

· Research upcoming projects and identify those that align with our product offerings

· Review specifications and construction documents to determine bid requirements

· Collaborate with general contractors, architects, and project owners to gather data

· Prepare and submit accurate estimates, bid packages, and supporting documentation

· Coordinate and lead meetings with the estimating teams of potential bidders

· Maintain and manage a pipeline of bid opportunities and deadlines

· Coordinate closely with internal sales and production teams to ensure alignment

· Build relationships with key industry stakeholders

What We're Looking For

· 1–2 years of experience in construction estimating or bid coordination

· Working knowledge of construction project workflows and estimation metrics

· Strong organizational and analytical skills with close attention to detail

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to understand client needs

· Comfortable working independently and managing priorities with minimal supervision

· Highly proficient in Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.

· Experience with ConstructConnect or similar bid platforms preferred

· CPE or related certification is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
