We provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Adult Day Program, and Behavioral Respite services for individuals with developmental disabilities, along with assessments, training, counseling, and family support. What You'll Do

As our HR Coordinator, you'll oversee the daily HR functions for our OC and North LA offices to keep our organization running smoothly, including:

Employee onboarding and orientation
Recruitment support
Employee relations
Benefits administration
Leave administration (FMLA/CFRA)
Workers' compensation
Personnel records and compliance
Performance management support
HR policy implementation
Annual Required Training coordination

What We're Looking For

This position requires previous HR experience within a human services organization.

Examples include:

Behavioral Health, ABA, Developmental Disabilities, Adult Day Programs, Social Services, Mental Health, Foster Care, Residential Programs, Community-Based Services, Healthcare, Education

We are looking for someone who:

Enjoys building relationships with employees.
Is highly organized and detail-oriented.
Can manage confidential information professionally.
Is knowledgeable about California employment laws.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Can support multiple office locations (monthly travel to our Van Nuys location)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years HR experience
Human services experience required
Knowledge of California employment law
Strong communication skills
Valid California driver's license
