Inside Sales Representative & Appointment Setter – Tier IAbout Us

YESCO Sign & Lighting Atlanta is a leader in commercial sign and lighting repair, maintenance, and installation. We help businesses stay visible, safe, and open by providing professional sign and lighting solutions throughout Metro Atlanta.

Every night, our patrol specialists identify businesses with signs or lighting issues. Our Inside Sales team follows up on those opportunities by contacting business owners and commercial decision-makers to identify service needs and generate qualified sales opportunities.

This is an in-office position located in Conyers, GA. Remote work is not available.

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated, confident sales professional who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and creating business opportunities.

This is not a customer service or retail sales position. You will spend your day making high-volume outbound B2B calls, speaking with business owners, property managers, facility managers, and other commercial decision-makers. Your goal is to qualify opportunities, overcome objections, build trust, and move prospects through the sales process before handing them off to the Sales Manager.

What You'll Do

Make 75–80 outbound B2B calls daily
Contact business owners, property managers, facility managers, and other commercial decision-makers
Research businesses and identify the appropriate contacts
Qualify opportunities and uncover customer needs
Build rapport and professionally overcome objections
Schedule qualified appointments and move opportunities through the sales process
Maintain accurate CRM notes and customer records
Send professional follow-up emails
Meet daily and weekly activity goals
Work closely with the Sales Manager to help generate new business

Required Qualifications

Experience with B2B sales, outbound calling, appointment setting, or lead generation
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Professional phone presence
Ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic computer proficiency and experience entering accurate customer information
Self-motivated and dependable

Preferred Qualifications

Business development or inside sales experience
CRM or sales software experience
Experience working toward sales goals or commission-based incentives
Commercial services, facilities, construction, or property management experience

Compensation & Benefits

$18/hour base pay plus commission
Monday–Friday schedule
In-office position in Conyers, GA
