We're seeking a dynamic RN leader with a successful track record in Home Health leadership who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and team development.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (WA or Compact Nursing License)
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Minimum 3+ years of Home Health experience
Minimum 2+ years of Branch Director or Home Health leadership experience
Minimum 1+ year of recent Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience
Minimum 1+ year of recent OASIS experience
Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations, accreditation standards, and home health operations
Current driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

As Branch Director, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the Home Health branch while ensuring exceptional patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities include:

Direct daily branch operations to maximize operational efficiency and clinical excellence
Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to Clinical Managers and branch staff
Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, Medicare, and accreditation regulations
Drive quality improvement initiatives and monitor patient satisfaction metrics
Oversee branch budgets, revenue goals, and fiscal performance
Partner with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Business Development teams to support census growth
Recruit, interview, hire, coach, and develop top clinical talent
Monitor clinical performance, productivity, and quality outcomes
Lead survey readiness and maintain regulatory compliance
Manage HIPAA compliance and organizational policies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture
