Production Operator

If yes, we have a great opportunity for you at Kromek. We are a leading producer of CZT (Cadmium, Zinc, Telluride) based radiation detectors used in the advanced medical imaging market.

We have openings for Production Operators in several areas of our process. These are full-time roles with a Monday–Friday, 40-hour work week with daylight hours. We also offer a consistent schedule with flexibility in start and end times within reason, making this a great fit for individuals with families or those seeking better work-life balance.

We are seeking individuals who may have one or more of the following capabilities and interests, or has a drive to learn these skills: experience with intricate parts, building small-scale models, mechanical inclination, working with your hands, knowledge of computer components, working with computer screens, or using microscopes.

Requirements of our Production Operator jobs include:

Attention to detail and accuracy
Good (corrected) vision
Ability to use and see via a microscope (some positions)
Experience working with chemicals
Knowledge of Microsoft applications
Knowledge of SOPs (a plus)
Knowledge of Travelers (a plus)
Good manual dexterity and fine motor skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability and willingness to learn (prior experience helpful but not required)
Ability to use measuring tools (e.g., calipers)
Safety awareness and conscientiousness
