About Zivel Newport
Zivel Newport is a performance recovery center serving the greater Cincinnati area. We offer recovery services including full body cryotherapy, full body red light, dry flotation, compression, oxygen therapy, and infrared sauna. We also offer premium aesthetic services including NeveSkin cryo facials, cryo slimming, cryo toning, and cryo soothe.
We help clients feel better, recover faster, and look their best — and we are looking for someone who can confidently guide clients into the right premium services and packages for their goals.
Position Overview
We are hiring a Cryo Facial & Body Contouring Sales Specialist to help grow our premium services business.
This is first and foremost a sales role. Your #1 responsibility will be turning consultations and client visits into premium package sales. We are looking for someone who is confident asking for the sale, recommending the right package, overcoming objections, and helping clients commit to a treatment plan.
You will also perform cryo facial and body contouring services, but providing the service is only part of the job. The successful candidate will be comfortable moving naturally from consultation → recommendation → package sale → rebooking → long-term client relationship.
If you are not comfortable selling, asking for the sale, discussing pricing, or being measured on sales performance, this is not the right position for you.
You do not need to be an esthetician for this role. We are open to candidates from wellness, fitness, retail, hospitality, med spa, aesthetics, or other consultative sales backgrounds.

What You’ll Do
- Make premium package sales your #1 priority by converting consultations, inquiries, and individual visits into treatment packages
- Conduct confident, professional consultations to understand each client's goals related to facial aesthetics, body contouring, slimming, toning, and overall appearance
- Recommend the appropriate service and package based on the client's goals and needs
- Clearly explain pricing, package options, treatment plans, benefits, and expectations
- Ask for the sale and confidently close package purchases
- Overcome common objections and help clients understand the value of committing to a treatment plan
- Convert single visits into packages, rebook clients for future treatments, and build long-term client relationships
- Perform cryo facial and body contouring services according to company protocols and training
- Identify opportunities to upsell complementary services and additional treatments
- Follow up with leads and current clients to generate appointments, package sales, rebookings, and retention
- Create a high-end, professional, comfortable client experience from consultation through treatment and follow-up
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and service areas to cleanliness and operational standards
- Document client interactions and treatment notes accurately
- Support front desk and studio operations as needed

What We’re Looking ForSales ability is essential.
We are looking for someone who:
- Genuinely enjoys selling and is motivated by commission and performance-based earnings
- Is comfortable asking for the sale and closing a package
- Is confident discussing pricing, explaining value, and overcoming objections
- Naturally looks for opportunities to upsell and increase the value of each client relationship
- Can confidently recommend a package even when a client initially comes in interested in only one treatment
- Is comfortable being held accountable to sales goals and performance metrics
- Builds trust and rapport quickly without being pushy or uncomfortable with sales
- Is coachable and willing to learn our consultation and sales process
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is polished, energetic, competitive, reliable, and professional
- Enjoys working in a performance-driven, client-facing environment
Experience in consultative sales, wellness, aesthetics, med spa, fitness, luxury retail, hospitality, or other commission-based sales environments is strongly preferred.
Experience with skincare, facials, body contouring, or beauty/wellness services is a plus, but not required.

We will provide training on our services and treatment protocols. We are looking for someone who already has the confidence and desire to sell.
Ability to commute to Newport, KY is required.
