Position Summary:

Responsible for providing administrative support to the Packaging and Loading and Production departments of the Crete, NE facility. This role will also provide Production Planner and Commercial Support Specialist backup as needed.

Core Functions:

General accounting responsibilities
Input data into assigned computer system, generate a variety of requested computerized reports according to established timelines, maintain automated records, assure accuracy of input and output information
Accurately perform daily production reporting tasks and subsequent reporting functions, including entering data from daily packer reports
Develop and maintain improvement opportunities in Plant administration by creating, completing, and maintaining records, tracking mechanisms, and other solutions, including developing weekly rail car reporting and entering the respective rail car data into Tableau
Demonstrate the following core values and guiding behaviors which are expected of all employees at Grain Craft: Integrity, Openness and Trust, Teamwork, Citizenship, and Entrepreneurship.
Provide backup for other departmental administrative support staff, including providing coverage for the Senior Production Scheduler to create yield reports, production plan reports and other miscellaneous reports
Perform other duties as assigned

Skill/Experience Requirements:

Associates in Business or related field and/or three years office experience required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
Knowledge of SAP and Tableau preferred
Self-starter and ability to take initiative
Ability to multitask and prioritize duties based on customer demands and changing business needs
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively on teams with other internal and external personnel to the facility.
Strong organizational skills

Travel Requirements, if any (please indicate percentage): Less than 5%

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 1st shift. Some weekend work, as needed during month end reporting will be required.
