As we continue to grow, we're looking for a friendly and welcoming Patient Care Coordinator who will be the first smile our patients see. If you love connecting with people, creating great first impressions, and being part of a close-knit team, we'd love to meet you!

Your Role as a Patient Care Coordinator:

Greeting patients warmly and checking them in for their appointments
Answering phones, assisting with scheduling, and managing daily front desk flow
Collecting and updating patient information and intake forms
Handling co-pays and confirming upcoming appointments
Ensuring the waiting area is clean, inviting, and well-maintained
Supporting the rest of the front office team with a positive and team-focused attitude

Our ideal candidate is upbeat, dependable, and passionate about making people feel comfortable and cared for. We'd love to meet you if you:

Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental front office role (Preferred)
Are cheerful, professional, and love connecting with others
Are organized and great at multitasking in a busy environment
Have strong communication and customer service skills
Are comfortable using computers and learning dental software
