Job Summary
Our Office is GROWING!! We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing exceptional support to various departments. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to communicate professionally with both internal and external clients and team members. We are looking to FT person to our team!! Attention to detail and computer skills are a MUST. Duties would include: reception, answering phones, filing, documentation of files, customer service, taking payments, Data Entry, a little of everything. We are a full service insurance agency (Home Auto Life Health Medicare) Previous experience in health care, pharmacy, or insurance will take priority. Would be working primarily with health and medicare clients.

Duties

Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation to support daily operations.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting clients with their needs.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity, ensuring all communications are professional.
Assist in office management tasks, including inventory management of supplies and equipment.
Support customer support initiatives by addressing client concerns and facilitating resolutions.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing records and files.

Qualifications

Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Proficient in office software applications, including word processing and spreadsheet programs.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
