About the Role:

The Cleaning Tech Part-Time position is essential for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both employees and visitors. This role focuses on performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure that all assigned areas meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall operational efficiency by adhering to cleaning schedules and protocols. Attention to detail and consistency in performing cleaning duties will directly impact the comfort and satisfaction of all facility users. This position requires reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve a spotless environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and use of cleaning equipment.
Reliable transportation to and from the work location within the United States.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a professional cleaning or janitorial role.
Familiarity with environmentally friendly cleaning products and practices.
Strong time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within scheduled hours.
Good communication skills to report issues and coordinate with team members.
Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings or weekends if required.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in assigned areas.
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste according to established procedures.
Clean and disinfect restrooms, replenishing supplies as needed to maintain hygiene standards.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning activities to the appropriate personnel.
Follow all safety guidelines and use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly to ensure a safe working environment.

The required skills such as physical stamina and basic cleaning knowledge are applied daily to perform thorough cleaning and maintenance tasks efficiently.
