Position Overview

LA TAN / SORÉ Wellness is seeking an experienced and highly driven leader to operate one of our fastest-growing locations in Bloomingdale, Illinois.

This location is on track to exceed $1,000,000+ in annual revenue and requires a manager capable of leading a team, driving consistent sales performance, and delivering a high-level client experience.

This is not a standard management role and is not for everyone.Success in this position requires a strong work ethic, proven leadership ability, and a results-driven mindset.

This role is designed for individuals who understand that long-term career growth and financial upside are earned through performance, consistency, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily salon operations with full accountability for performance
Drive sales across memberships, upgrades, and wellness services
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
Deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience
Monitor vital performance stats (membership growth, revenue, client retention) and take action to improve results
Maintain operational standards, cleanliness, and compliance
Build a strong, performance-focused team culture

Qualifications (Required)

Minimum 2+ years of management experience in a salon, wellness, fitness, or service-based business
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and improving team performance
Experience hiring, training, and developing employees
Strong communication, accountability, and leadership skills
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Compensation

Structured training and onboarding period
Post-training base pay: $20/hour in Year 1
Performance-based commissions bonuses tied to measurable results

Expected total compensation: $45,000 to $50,000

This role is structured for long-term growth.The early phase requires strong performance and commitment, with increasing compensation tied directly to results and leadership development.

This position is part of a long-term operator development track within LA TAN / SORÉ Wellness.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to:

Pay: $20.00 - $29.55 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
