Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records
Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks or similar software
Provide excellent customer support through clear communication, phone etiquette, and professional demeanor
Assist with clerical duties including typing reports, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems

Experience

Previous office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills
Proven ability to operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism and efficiency
Familiarity with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Experience in customer service or customer support roles emphasizing excellent communication skills
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is beneficial
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
