Key Responsibilities

Drive Operations: Lead all daily café operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Protect the Bottom Line: Manage labor and food costs to hit and exceed profitability goals.
Mentor Future Stars: Develop, coach, and retain the next generation of leadership through hands-on guidance.
Uphold Excellence: Ensure absolute compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
Set the Vibe: Foster a positive, high-energy culture where team members love to work and guests love to visit.
Vehicle Requirement: General Managers must have daily access to a reliable personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance. The ability to travel between café locations, attend meetings, pick up supplies, and respond to operational needs is an essential function of this role. A travel stipend is provided for roles requiring vehicle use for company bank deposits.

What You Bring (Requirements)

Experience: 3+ years of restaurant management experience with a proven track record of progressive supervisory responsibility.
Mobility: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and the ability to travel between local franchise locations.
Credentials: ServSafe Certification is preferred (but we will help the right candidate get it!).
Legal: Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and willing to undergo a standard background check.

Physical Demands: Continuous standing/walking during shifts, ability to bend/lift up to 30 lbs, and a love for frequent, face-to-face interaction with guests and team members in a fast-paced environment.
