Full Job Description

The Sales Producer is the forward-facing representative to the Personal Lines clients of Greenway Insurance & Risk Management Agency, Inc . As a sales producer you are responsible for performing sales calls and administering all leads. As a sales producer, you will be responsible for managing prospective sale campaigns and managing all correspondence with both prospective and existing clients.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

People and customer oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and interaction skills.
Needs to demonstrate a sense of urgency, be versatile and competitive.
Needs to be able to prospect, make a great first impression and be a closer.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Essential Functions:

Generate production and leads through referrals, telemarketing & current client cross sales.
Being able to round out accounts by securing additional lines of business.
Recommend and advise customers of alternative solutions through cross-selling.
Suggest modifications and updates to clients existing insurance policies.
Builds customized insurance policies and packages to meet client’s needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
