Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to join our team. Light back duties are needed as well. This is a part-time position in the afternoons from 2-5pm on Tues/Wed/Thurs and 2-4pm on Fridays. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
Manage scheduling and appointment bookings for staff members.
Maintain an organized reception area and ensure it is presentable at all times.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist with administrative tasks including proofreading documents and preparing reports.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
Provide support to other departments as needed, ensuring smooth office operations.
Light back duties that include turning chairs, sterilizing, and helping to keep the back flow of patients as needed.

Skills

Proficient in office management practices and procedures.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Excellent administrative abilities with attention to detail.
Proficient in proofreading to ensure accuracy in documentation.
High level of computer literacy, including familiarity with office software applications.
Experience as a dental receptionist is a plus but not required.
Ability to type accurately and efficiently for data entry tasks.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
Strong clerical skills to support various office functions effectively.
