Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Temporary Staffing Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and onboarding top talent for temporary staffing needs across diverse departments. Your expertise in recruiting strategies, relationship management, and candidate evaluation will drive our success in delivering exceptional staffing solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by connecting talented individuals with rewarding opportunities while honing your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified bilingual candidates through social media, job boards, cold calling, and networking events.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance on candidate selection and employment law compliance.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, iCIMS, or Workday to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Conduct talent management activities like employee orientation, contracts review, employee evaluation, and succession planning to support workforce development.
Engage in HR sourcing activities including campus recruitment, internal recruiting, and executive recruiting to diversify talent pools.
Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and hiring teams to ensure alignment and foster positive relationships that support long-term talent acquisition goals.

Experience

Proven experience in technical recruiting, HR sourcing, or talent acquisition roles with a focus on temporary staffing or agency recruiting.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage offers and employment terms effectively.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Lever, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS platforms like Workday or UltiPro.
Knowledge of employment & labor law regulations relevant to staffing practices.
Experience working with social media management tools and lead generation techniques to attract diverse candidates.
Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates at all levels and collaborating with hiring managers across departments.
Prior exposure to sales techniques like cold calling and relationship management to build a robust candidate pipeline.
