Full Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior NetSuite Business Systems Analyst to serve as the internal owner and subject matter expert for our NetSuite ERP platform while also supporting business reporting, operational analysis, process improvement, and system-driven initiatives across the organization. Fully in office, and located in The Woodlands, TX

This role requires someone who is highly experienced in NetSuite and capable of supporting both the technical and business sides of the system. The ideal candidate will be able to administer NetSuite, improve workflows, build reports and dashboards, support users, troubleshoot issues, assist with integrations, and translate business needs into practical system solutions.

In addition to NetSuite administration, this position will support leadership with analytical reporting, operational insights, financial analysis, and special projects. This person should be software-driven, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across finance, accounting, operations, real estate, acquisitions, and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the company’s primary internal NetSuite subject matter expert, managing day-to-day administration, user access, roles, permissions, configurations, workflows, dashboards, saved searches, reports, and system support.
Maintain and improve the NetSuite ERP environment by troubleshooting issues, supporting users, managing enhancements, testing updates, documenting changes, and ensuring data accuracy and system integrity. Manage day-to-day NetSuite support requests, troubleshoot system issues, and provide timely resolution to internal users.
Develop and maintain financial, operational, project-level, and management reporting to support leadership decision-making, including KPIs, dashboards, recurring reports, and ad-hoc analysis.
Support financial and operational processes within NetSuite, including procurement, AP, billing, project tracking, reporting, entity-level activity, and related workflows.
Partner with accounting, finance, operations, real estate, acquisitions, and leadership teams to understand business needs and translate them into practical system solutions and process improvements.
Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes, improve workflows, strengthen internal controls, increase reporting accuracy, and enhance overall user experience within NetSuite and related business systems.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

· 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration, NetSuite support, ERP systems, or business systems analyst experience.

· Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP functionality, including roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards, saved searches, reports, custom records, forms, and system configurations.

· Experience supporting finance, accounting, operations, procurement, billing, reporting, or related ERP processes.

· Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data cleanup, reporting, and analysis.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

· Ability to translate business needs into practical system solutions.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

· Ability to maintain confidential information with the highest degree of professionalism.

· Comfortable working independently and directly with leadership in a fast-paced business environment.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
