Full Job Description

Job Summary

Are you a friendly, organized, and customer service-oriented individual looking to join a dynamic team in the aesthetic industry? Rejuve Med Spa is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist/ Laser Technician to be the first point of contact for our clients and help create a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. While primary duties will initially be front desk only, this position will also include duties as a laser hair removal technician as needed.

Hours:

Thursday: 12 PM - 7 PM - Friday: 9AM - 6 PM - Saturday: 8 AM - 4 PM

Front Desk Responsibilities:

Welcome clients and check them in and out efficiently.
Offer drinks or refreshments to enhance the client experience. Answer incoming calls, manage phone systems, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
Ensure clients fill out necessary paperwork accurately.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Make confirmation calls to clients prior to appointments.
Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all office supplies are stocked.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution.
Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents.
Utilize computer literacy skills to manage office software applications effectively.

Laser Technician Responsibilities:

Perform esthetic laser treatments, including hair removal and skin rejuvenation, with precision and care.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and educating them about treatment options and aftercare.
Assist in retail sales by recommending skincare products that complement the services provided.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in laser technology to enhance service offerings.
Collaborate with other team members to create a welcoming and professional environment for clients.
Provide detailed treatment plans for clients, tailored to their individual needs.
Follow established protocols and adapt to the evolving standards in the aesthetic industry.
Work independently and demonstrate a solid understanding of the aesthetic industry.
Be a team player and assist in other duties as required.

Requirements

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Currently licensed in the state of Texas to perform aesthetic laser treatments.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., phone systems, computers).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of office procedures and practices is an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
