Your Contribution:

Serve as the key contact and responsible party for a group of customers consistent with the Account Executives’ individual level of experience and expertise. Responsible for providing high quality services, based on the customers’ individual scope of services.
Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate, developing strong relationships with multiple levels of the organization including providers and C-Suite leadership.
Develop expertise on the CGM product lines to highlight new offerings and updates to existing features and capabilities.
Identify opportunities for expanded delivery of services through add-on of company solution offerings.
Lead sales process with existing customers’ transactional business, creating and processing contracts.
Maintain accurate sales funnel and sales stage in assigned tool.
Provide updates to leadership of sales forecast.
Enhance organizational growth by procuring customer referral for service expansion within the client, affiliated and non-affiliated partners.
Assist external sales team with demos and analysis as needed.
Maintain and field inbound sales calls.

Your Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree or appropriate experience.
Effective problem-solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills required.
Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills required. Employees are required to speak, read and write English.
Must be able to effectively work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple work assignments simultaneously.
Highly self-motivated and focused and an ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure. Ability to engage senior-level executives and establish credibility.
